Pfffthpth!
SOMEPUP doesn’t like the substitute handler she had for her Saturday obedience class last month. Mr. Wild Dingo was away helping out a very sick friend, so I stepped in. Juno was, ahem, less than pleased.
“Where the hell are the hot dogs? Can’t you see I’m sittin’ already? I want Mr. Wild Dingo back–NOW!”
On another note, Juno Belle Jodhpurs is down with a flu. She got lethargic yesterday and today our PAWESOME vet, Dr. Hilary Wheeler, read her temperature at 104 degrees! She got an non-steroidal anti-inflamatory to bring down her temp and is ordered to drink lots of chicken broth throughout the day. Poor baby is achey and sad. No walks, training or playing for several days. And Loki, the insensitive NitWit, keeps trying to pounce and punk on her to get her to play. Sigh. I don’t care what Mr. Wild Dingo says, Juno is the real alpha for handling the NitWit as gracefully as she does, even when she’s under the weather.

Yuh, as if. Momma claims my stupid pee-wee is the real alpha dog even though I am HUGE and can make him run away if I want to. People are confused I say. Pffft!

Poor Juno! How did he diagnose her with the flu? Blood work? Did he check for tick diseases? Those are the symptoms Jackal showed when he came down with a tick disease. Hope she feels better soon.

I thought that was the way Sibes normally approached obedience. “Ok, I might do this, but I am sure not going to respect you for it.”
Seriously, best wishes for a quick recovery for Juno and for Loki to avoid it.

Poor Juno. Please tell her that I hope she gets to feeling better and that letting her mom give her lots of tummy rubs and cookies will help. I’m a doctor, so I know.
Tell your mom that chopped up turkey ham is also good for class. That’s what I had in my first class Saturday!
